Accommodation at Howmans Gap

Significantly discounted accommodation and meals package will be available at YMCA Howman's Gap for Friday (10/07/09) and Saturday (11/07/09) nights for those who enter and compete in the weekend's races.

Cost for 2 nights, 6 meals:

$201 adult
$188 tertiary student
$170 school student (5 - 16 years)
Race Entry Fees are additional to these amounts.
A voucher for the discounted prices will be available on race day, following payment of the race entry fee. One voucher per person and only applies for this race weekend of 11 / 12 July.

Anyone may enter any race distance offered for the Snowgum Wodonga High Plains Tour but prizes may only be awarded as indicated by Y in the following table, provided there are sufficient entries in each respective category:

The only prize winning category in the 2.5km race distance is for U14.
WU16, MU16 and WU18 prize winning categories are only available in the 5km race

Open (18-29), Masters (30-49) and Grand Masters (50+) potentially may win prizes in either the 5km or the 10km
Participation certificates will be made available for all juniors.

Entries taken online at High Plains Tour Entries up to 11.59pm on Thursday 9/7/09 or at Windy corner from 9am on 11/7/09. Pay fees on race day. See Note below re payment

Sunday 12 July 2009: YMCA Howmans Gap Victorian Interclub Relay Championships (Interschool's Cross Country Series Event 2)

Three person team (one classic and 2 freestyle skiers) relay races of 2.5kms and 5kms.

Championship Certificates

For the YMCA Howmans Gap Victorian Interclub Relay Championships, teams may enter either the 2.5km or the 5km race distance offered but Championship certificates may only be awarded as indicated by Y in the following table, provided there are sufficient entries in each respective category. Championships can only be awarded to teams with members all of the same club, same sex and all being eligible for the age category.

For For both events, if you pre-register on line here, on the morning of the race you will need to sign the pre-printed entry form and pay your entry fees to complete your race entry.
